At ShelterLogic, we stand behind the quality of our outdoor solutions and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please ensure all components are included to receive a full refund minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the item in its original shipping container, ensuring all hardware, covers, and structural components are neatly organized to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned unit to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
